BZZZZZZ.....TRUMPET!!

Happy October, everyone!

We had our first Halloween party tonight at my Sister-in-law and Brother-in-law's house and the girls had a great time as always!

I took some pics before we headed over and then again over at their house.  My brother-in-law is a Halloween FANATIC.  I had trouble picking just a couple things to photograph.  I'm not lying when I say the whole entire house is covered top to bottom with ghoulish stuff!  It's fun!

Introducing for Halloween 2010:

Simone the BEE.  The minute she put it on, she flew around the yard saying "buzz buzz I'm a bee buzz buzz" over and over again.

Genevieve the ELEPHANT - She HATED this costume (picture 1) until I allowed her to pick a green grape tomato from what's left of our garden and carry it around with her (picture 2).  Who knew fresh produce could make a 19 month old so happy???

This makes my heart happy...

This one was totally unplanned, but I really like it.  Simone is out of focus but the sharp still elephant contrasts well with the blurry fast bumble bee I think :)

No, you are NOT allowed to eat tomatoes without me cutting them first, and no you are NOT allowed to stand on chairs.  But, if it makes for a good photo well.........

Mummy Cookies - these were SO SO good (and dairy, egg and peanut free for my friends whose kids have allergies!)

Simone told me she did not want to eat hands for dinner.  I concur.
